DISTRICT

THE FIELDS

Where Sullivan County plays.

The athletic complex at Home Field is the biggest investment Sullivan County has made in youth recreation in a generation. Three ball fields, a full-size football field with a surrounding track, batting cages, pickleball courts, a playground, and a concession building — all on the eastern half of the 25-acre campus. Whether your kid plays Little League, your teenager runs track, or you just want to walk laps after work, this is where you come.

Football Field & Track

Full-size football field with surrounding track. New bleachers, press box, and 6' perimeter fence. Rubberized track surface planned for Phase 2.

Baseball & Softball Fields

Three fields — two new Little League fields (Phase I, completed December 2025), one existing.

Batting Cages

Practice facility for youth baseball and softball programs.

Pickleball Courts

Dedicated courts for Sullivan County's fastest-growing sport.

Playground

Community playground adjacent to the athletic facilities.

Concession & Restroom Building

Full concession stand and restroom facilities serving the athletic complex.

DISTRICT

THE MARKET

Where Blountville gathers.

The center of campus is where the community programming lives. The farmer's market, the food truck area, and the pavilion form a natural gathering space that's active multiple days a week. Thursday is market day. Wednesday is food truck lunch. Friday is the big night. And anytime there's a festival, concert, or community event, this is where it happens.

Farmer's Market

The planned permanent home of the Blountville Farmer's Market. SNAP/EBT accepted with Fresh Savings.

Food Truck Area

Designated space for rotating food trucks. Regular weekly and event-based programming.

Pavilion

Covered pavilion for live music, community gatherings, and rental events.

DISTRICT

THE OFFICES

Sullivan County government, reimagined.

When Sullivan County purchased this campus, the first step was moving county offices into the renovated Blountville Elementary School building. What used to be classrooms and a cafeteria is now the administrative hub of county government — and a community center available for public use. This isn't just an office building. It's proof that government and community can share the same space.

County Offices & Community Center

Finance, Mayor's Office, Trustee, Purchasing, EMS Administration, Emergency Operations.

Sullivan County Library

Adjacent to the main campus. Public library services for the Blountville community.

Sullivan County Fire Department

Adjacent station providing fire and emergency services.
