Home Field (homefieldtn.com) is the community-facing website for Blountville Athletic Park, operated for Sullivan County, Tennessee. This page explains — in plain language — what information the site collects, why, and how to ask for it to be removed.

What we collect, and when

The site only collects information you choose to send through one of its three forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message.
• Updates signup: your email address.
• Homecoming interest form: your email address, optional first name, and which part of the event interests you.

To prevent abuse, contact and updates submissions also store a keyed, one-way code derived from your network address (never the address itself) and the first part of your browser's technical identifier. Browsing the site collects nothing — there are no advertising trackers and no cookies used for tracking.

Where it lives and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the United States, and contact messages are forwarded to Sullivan County staff at homefield@sullivancountytn.gov. The information belongs to Sullivan County. It is never sold, and never shared outside the county except with the service providers that host this website.

How we use it

Only for what you asked: answering your message, sending the park updates you signed up for, and gauging community interest in future programming. If site analytics are enabled they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build visitor profiles.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email homefield@sullivancountytn.gov or call (423) 323-6417. Please note that messages sent to a Tennessee county government may be subject to the Tennessee Public Records Act.
